Watertightness test with vacuum box, also known as leak testing, in order to insure the absence of leaks in any system related with fluids and pressure at equal or different pressure in relation to the atmosphere for which Quality Weld Service possesses a vacuum box.
HARDNESS TEST
Correlation based on hardness and mechanical resistance to determine the properties of metal samples which help to determine if the metal being analyzed complies with specific requirements for the type of service and use intended, for which Quality Weld Service possesses portable test equipment.
- Durometers with the following industrial scales: HBS, HRC, HV, HK.
DESTRUCTIVE TESTS
Performed by laboratories specialized in material testing which include chemical testing (element analysis), for example metallurgical (tensile, folding, hardness…).
